Regular Meeting and Budget Workshop
February 3rd, 2016

Attending: Scott Hayes, Bill Johnson, Karl Meyers and Kevin Pratt.
Also Attending: Burr Phillips
Checks were reviewed and signed.
The start times for the budget hearing on March 2nd and the Annual Meeting on April 6th have both been moved to 5 P.M. instead of 6 P.M.
Budget items were gone over.
Burr is continuing to take steps forward on the Meserve Brook project. At meeting time, he was waiting for a call back regarding a pre-application meeting.
After the fail for lead and copper, the ph level was adjusted to 8.3. Further checks will be done periodically to monitor the ph and metal levels at various locations.
There being no other business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:55 A.M.
